Need a boost? Here are simple easy way's to inspire creativity

I like so many others are working from home more often and during quarantine got into a bit of a funk when not being able to separate workspace from home space. I was never used to working from home, to be honest, an airplane or hotel was my workspace. When you are confined to a certain area, it can definitely become uninspiring quickly. I implemented these tools to help spark creativity and keep me motivated to stay on top of things. I hope these help you and would love to hear what you use to get your creative juices flowing.
Meditation: I know you've heard it before, but honestly it helps SO much! I find meditating first thing in the morning helps me tremendously, it's like my brain has time to breathe and I get a moment to drop in and connect to how I'm feeling. It's the kind of thing that as soon as I'm done, I think, I have to do this more often. I particularly enjoy Gabby Bernstein's meditations, they are quick, intentional and so effective. I use her affirmations and connecting to spiritual guidance from her Super Attractor series as well.
Music: Always raises the vibe, I have made this playlist specifically for when I need inspiration. I also really like Emancipator radio on Pandora. https://open.spotify.com/playlist/6N1pKqTQqbyyfkQLsbSi2y
Tea: Nothing groundbreaking here but the act of making a cup of tea or Chaga always makes me slow down and sparks my energy. I LOVE Four Sigmatic honestly everything they make I love, but THINK is my favorite. Use code: KASREV for a discount on all their products. I also love PIQUE TEA, this is my favorite on the go tea.
Brainstorm: I love writing in a journal, actual pen and paper, and love brainstorming even more. There is no right way to do this, I oftentimes will script (writing things as if they already happened) when listening to music, or will just make prayers lists of people and things I'm grateful for, this always raises my vibes.
Ground Yourself: Call me crazy, but this is one of the most beautiful exercises. When you actually think about it, when is the last time you walked barefoot on the earth, like no shoes, feet in grass type of deal? There is so much science behind this but I'll leave you with this article, I got this idea from Dave Asprey's book, and every time I get off a plane I make a point to do this in some way.
