Whats in my Bag: Wellness Edition

Lets talk about wellness baby
Earlier this week, I posted on Instagram whats in my bag Wellness bag. I know your thinking, this girl is crazy, but as someone who travels weekly for work staying my healthiest is of upmost importance to me. I have been into wellness for a long time, but have recently started a new personal journey. Entering into a new stage of my life, I wanted to get serious about taking care of myself mind, body and spirit. I have hired a personal trainer, because the few years of traveling and not cooking my meals myself has caught up to me, and a life coach, because I know how important it is to have a coach in life (post coming soon). With all that I started taking measures into my own hands of all the ways I can stay healthy while traveling by air 3-4 times per week.
In light of all that is going on in the world today, it is key to protect yourself. Health truly is wealth. So in this post I am sharing what I use wellness wise to stay healthy and optimal on the road. I will notate which products I use daily and which I use weekly or several times per week. I use this every single day, I love this product and have seen a huge difference in my mood and energy since taking it consistently. I drop it in 4-8oz of water in the morning and sometimes at night. Here are some of the benefits of magnesium and signs you may be deficient.

I saw this on Medical Medium's Instagram, and have fallen in love with this brand. They are family owned and certified organic. I also love that they are are liquid, the less pills the better. I take these everyday, currently on a bit of a back order but worth getting it.

I take this everyday, and really trust this brand. Here is a less expensive alternative, I really like liquid vitamins and find them easier to keep up with. This brand is also out of stock, but keep checking back with them.

4.) Counter Attack
This is something I take daily, and use it as an immune booster. It is also great to take before you start feeling sick, or when you feel the onset of symptoms.

5.) Black Elderberry
I take this daily, Elderberry is proven to boost your immune system and this one has a pleasant taste, without all the sugar.

6.) Green Superfood
I firmly believe in drinking as much green juice as possible and when traveling it is sometimes not readily available, or has a ton of sugar. I really like this brand for on the go and LOVE this brand and use it daily when im home.

7.) Oil Of Oregano
There are so many benefits to this, it is sometimes referred to natures remedy. I won't lie to you, it taste terrible, but is worth it. I find that this not only boost my immunity, but clears my sinuses, and overall senses. I take this a few times a week, or as I feel its needed.

8.) Yogi Tea
I love tea and travel with my own bags. Yogi is my favorite brand, and they have so many options. A few of my favorites are Green Tea Blueberry Slim Life, Immune Support, Detox, Chai.

All of these products stay in my wellness kit and travel with me. Along with the products I also use the obvious ones below. Another key to keeping a strong immunity is mental health and mindset, make sure you are thinking correctly, meditating, taking care of your body and add in the products that work best for you.
